329 people, 19 countries, one shared purpose: leading change through emotional education
In a world shaped by uncertainty, conflict, inequality, and the climate emergency, it is becoming increasingly clear that technical solutions are not enough. Real change begins with people. And people feel.
That is why, at INEEW, we have held a new edition of Emotional Education for Change (EE4Change), a program designed to strengthen conscious leadership through emotional education. An experience that, edition after edition, demonstrates that transforming the world begins with understanding our emotions.
A community that crosses borders
This edition brought together participants from Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, the United States, France, Iraq, Italy, Liberia, Mexico, Peru, Portugal, the Dominican Republic, Switzerland, and South Africa.
Different accents, cultures, and social realities. Different educational, community, and professional contexts. But one shared conviction: emotional education is an essential tool for generating sustainable change.
With this new edition, a total of 329 people have now been trained through the EE4Change programs, consolidating an international network of leaders committed to emotional well-being and social transformation.
Why emotional education for change?
We talk about emotions every day. We say “I’m frustrated,” “I feel motivated,” “I’m afraid.” But we rarely truly understand how they work, how they influence our decisions, or how they affect the people around us.
EE4Change was created precisely to bridge this gap.

Four sessions, a process of transformation
The program is structured into four sessions that guide participants through a progressive journey:
1. “I Have a Feeling” – How do emotions work?
A space to understand what emotions are and why they are fundamental in our daily lives.
2. “I Can Handle It” – Emotional regulation
Practical tools to manage stress, frustration, and anger.
3. “Empowerment” – Emotional autonomy
Strengthening resilience and transforming intense emotions into energy for growth.
4. “Making It Happen” – Community well-being
Strengthening empathetic communication skills, conflict resolution with a social justice approach, and the construction of community well-being.
Each session becomes a space for collective learning where cultural diversity enriches reflection and broadens perspectives.
Beyond training: real impact
EE4Change is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals related to health and well-being, quality education, equality, the reduction of inequalities, and the building of peaceful societies.
But beyond international frameworks, the impact is also measured in everyday life:
In teachers who manage classroom conflicts more effectively.
In young people who develop greater confidence and resilience.
In community leaders who learn to communicate with empathy and improve well-being in their communities.
In individuals who discover that no emotion is “bad,” but rather valuable information.

We continue growing
With 329 people trained and a community spanning Latin America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the United States, EE4Change continues to consolidate itself as an international space for learning and transformation.
Because educating emotions is not a luxury.
It is an urgent necessity.
And at INEEW, we will continue working so that more and more people can develop the emotional management skills needed to lead with purpose and build more resilient communities that contribute to generating well-being.
