Conditions and responsibilities of INEEW course students

        Reservation of place:

To reserve a place, the first payment must be made on the website, according to the chosen course. In the event that the student ultimately does not begin the training, this amount will not be refunded.

Students who have reserved a place and for some reason cannot attend the training have the option to postpone their enrollment for the next edition, only if they notify 30 days before the start of the course.

For specialization and diploma courses, the tuition payment corresponds to the total value of the course indicated on the website.

The reservation of the place or the payment for the training must be made exclusively through the website. If this is not possible through the website, please contact [email protected] to explore other options.

For master’s degree specialties, if there are not enough enrolled students for an edition, the specialty cannot be opened. Therefore, the availability of each specialty depends on the number of enrollments. In such cases, if the specialty cannot be opened, the student may choose either another specialty or to wait for the next edition.

Enrollment: the student commits to paying the tuition in the amount, manner, and deadlines previously agreed with INEEW, and it must be paid in full (see FEEM administrative price table).

Non-payments: Students who have not paid the tuition fees or the fees related to validations, certifications, or course changes by the due date will be temporarily suspended from the course modules, without INEEW having to issue prior notification. To regularize their situation, the student must make the payment within no more than 48 hours; otherwise, a 2% surcharge will be applied to the overdue fee. For more details, review the INEEW administrative price table.

Validations: Students interested in validating a course, once their situation has been evaluated and approved, must pay the difference in the course value plus a management fee:

If the course to validate is a postgraduate, the management fee will be €250; if the course is a diploma, the fee will be €150; for the validation of a specialty course to a diploma, the fee will be €100.

Based on this validation process, it is the responsibility of the student to stay up to date with the knowledge of the validated modules.

Certificates: In INEEW courses, the certificate received is an official title signed by Dr. Rafael Bisquerra, as an institution and international reference expert in emotional education and well-being.

Failed modules: To obtain the diploma or certification of the enrolled studies, and without exception, every student must have previously passed each of the modules that make up the program. Therefore, if a student fails a module, they must re-enroll in it and pay the re-enrollment fee for that module published in the year it is taken.

Postponement of enrollment: A student who cannot continue their studies for justified reasons must request the postponement of their enrollment, which will be evaluated individually. If the postponement is approved, it will be under the commitment to resume the training within a maximum of 1 year after the edition in which they were originally enrolled.

Cancellation of enrollment: A student who cannot continue their studies for personal reasons must request the cancellation of their enrollment. Cancellation of enrollment results in the termination of academic and administrative effects and the loss of benefits that this status entails. In cases of enrollment cancellation, the full course fee must be paid and amounts already paid by the student will not be refunded.

Extension of courses, validations, and request for certifications:

To obtain the corresponding certificates, it is essential to present the final course assignments: TFD (Final Diploma Project), TFP (Final Postgraduate Project), or TFM (Final Master’s Project), as applicable. In cases where a person has enrolled in a diploma, postgraduate, or master’s program for personal interests and considers that submitting the respective final project is not necessary, the documentation obtained will be a "Certificate of attendance to the course." Students who want this option must specify it in the enrollment form.

Each enrollment entitles the student to one certificate only. If a student wishes to obtain more than one certificate, it can be issued as long as the academic requirements of each course are met and the corresponding supplement is paid. Students who wish to obtain certification for previous courses must make an advance payment to cover management fees:

        Postgraduate certification: €250

        Diploma and specialty certification: €150

If a student wants to obtain the certificate for a course already completed, it is essential to present the final course project and make the certificate payment. This project must be submitted according to the dates of the current active edition.

Details can be found in the INEEW administrative price table.

If a student is enrolled in a course and wants to switch to another or extend it to a higher level (for example, from Diploma to Master’s), this will incur an administrative fee of €375 and must be requested 30 days before the end of the current course. If notified later, the fee will be €425. If the extension is requested at the time of enrollment, the fee is reduced to €250.

Students interested in validating a course must pay the difference in the course value plus a management fee:

If the course to validate is a postgraduate, the management fee will be €250.

If the course is a diploma, the fee will be €150.

For the validation of a specialty course to a diploma, the fee will be €100.

        Communication in the INEEW course

        • At the start of each module, the student receives an invitation through the course platform to access the content and communication of the module. It is the responsibility of the student to accept the invitation, access on time, and follow the training process within the deadlines and parameters of the course. If academic activities are not submitted according to specifications, the module or project may be considered failed. If the reason is justified, the incident must be communicated in writing 20 days before the delivery date. The start date of each module is indicated in the calendar.

        • The main means of communication at INEEW will be the course platform; therefore, students commit to keeping up with the information and interaction shared in each module (announcements, session links, updates, etc.).

        • In the development of the training, the importance of practicing competencies such as commitment, reading comprehension, effective communication, and punctuality is emphasized and valued, as they ensure the joint achievement of training objectives. It is the responsibility of the student to make submissions within the time indicated in each module.

If a student cannot submit the final delivery of their project (TFP or TFM), they must inform their tutor 60 days before the scheduled final delivery date. The option to postpone the final course project will only be given if the reasons are justifiable.

The work will be individual, and each student will have a tutor who will accompany them personally throughout the process. Work that has not been progressively followed up and supervised by the tutor will not be accepted.

Once the case has been communicated by the tutor to the INEEW coordination team, it will enter a review phase to provide the student with new submission dates for the pending phase, which will automatically be included in the next edition of INEEW Final Projects.

If the required notice period is not met, the student will incur management costs, the amount of which will be assessed according to each case.
