Emotional management activities
Based on our model of emotional competencies, we provide practical and subtle tools to support the body, movement, connection with the sea, and nature.
These activities will take place at different times of the day, such as during sailing, a shared meal, or a walk on the island, and will adapt to the group’s rhythm.
Movement and emotion in balance
In this unique environment, we offer integral dance sessions to inhabit the body, release tensions, and let go of what we no longer need.
At the same time, we will facilitate gentle emotional management activities, designed to integrate organically into the experience during sailing, a walk, sharing a meal, or simply watching the sunset.
