Satisfaction assessment of the Mexico project

PARTICIPANTS’ SATISFACTION IN THE TRAINING ON SOCIOEMOTIONAL EDUCATION IN HIDALGO (MEXICO)


This report presents the assessments of people who participated in the program, based on a satisfaction survey conducted after its completion. The objective of this project was to strengthen essential socioemotional skills for the integral development of participants, enhancing their capacity for emotional self-regulation, interpersonal skills, decision-making, and social adaptation in various contexts. Through an extensive evaluation of socioemotional competencies before and after the intervention, the aim was not only to improve training in emotional education in the State of Hidalgo but also to offer a replicable and adaptable model that inspires other states to recognize the value of socioemotional education as an essential tool for individual and collective well-being and the progress of our society.


RESULTS

The project Design and Evaluation of a Socioemotional Education Model for the State of Hidalgo was developed in several stages, including planning and needs assessment, development of the training model, program implementation, and evaluation through a pre-test and post-test to measure its impact on socioemotional skills. 

After completing the program, participants filled out a satisfaction survey, yielding the following results:

Attendance of Participants Throughout the Training

As shown in the graph, 73.2% of participants attended all stages of the program, indicating a high level of commitment throughout the project.


Satisfaction with the Content Provided in the Sessions
(Scale: 1 = Not at all satisfactory, 10 = Completely satisfactory)

Regarding satisfaction with the program content, 75.4% of participants were completely satisfied with the topics covered.


Satisfaction with the Topics Addressed for Emotional Development
(Scale: 1 = Not at all satisfactory, 10 = Completely satisfactory)

En cuanto a los temas tratados durante la formación, el 84,4% de los participantes reportaron sentirse totalmente satisfechos con los temas tratados para promover el desarrollo socioemocional.


Satisfaction with the Support from the Coordination Team
(Scale: 1 = Not at all satisfactory, 10 = Completely satisfactory)

Regarding the level of satisfaction with the coordination team, 73.7% of participants felt completely satisfied with the support received, while 15.6% were quite satisfied.


Satisfaction with the Practical Activities in the Sessions
(Scale: 1 = Not at all satisfactory, 10 = Completely satisfactory)

As shown in the graph, 68.8% of participants were completely satisfied with the practical activities carried out during the training.


Satisfaction with the Duration of the Sessions
(Scale: 1 = Not at all satisfactory, 10 = Completely satisfactory)

En cuanto a la duración de las sesiones, el 55,42% de los participantes señalaron sentirse totalmente satisfechos y el 25,4% se sintieron bastante satisfechos con la duración de las mismas para cubrir los temas impartidos de forma efectiva. 


Satisfaction with the Quality of the Support Materials
(Scale: 1 = Not at all satisfactory, 10 = Completely satisfactory)

En lo que respecta al material de apoyo ofrecido, el 62,1% de los participantes se sienten totalmente satisfechos con el material aportado durante todo el proyecto. 



Satisfaction with the Virtual Campus Experience
(Scale: 1 = Not at all satisfactory, 10 = Completely satisfactory)

As shown in the graph, 59.4% of participants mentioned being completely satisfied with their experience on the virtual campus.


Satisfaction with the Knowledge Gained
(Scale: 1 = Not at all satisfactory, 10 = Completely satisfactory)

As seen in the graph, 47.8% of participants felt completely satisfied with the knowledge they had acquired to implement emotional education, while 37.1% felt quite satisfied.


CONCLUSIONS

Based on the results obtained and presented in this report, it can be concluded that the Emotional Education Project in the State of Hidalgo has been a satisfactory experience for the participants, making it an effective and well-structured training program for developing emotional skills. These results demonstrate that the program was successful, as reflected in both participant evaluations and the pre-test and post-test assessments, which showed significant improvements in the socioemotional skills of the participants.
